General

1) How do Alexi’s Flights work?
It’s pretty simple! I search for cheap airplane tickets all day everyday. When I find an incredible deal, I send it out straight to your inbox!

2) How can I sign up? Is it free?
You can sign up by entering your email on the homepage. You will then have the option to select your preferred type of membership (Free or Premium).

3) How many emails should I expect?
It all depends on how many great deals there are. On average, I send out approximately 1 deal every 2 days to Premium subscribers. I send out only exceptionally good deals, rather than spamming your inbox with low value fares.

4) Where are the deals from? And where to?
I send out deals from the three largest airports in Canada (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver) and the largest airport in France (Paris). I will add more airports later on. As for selected destinations, I look for deals to every country in the world. The alerts from Montreal and Paris are written in French and the others, in English.

5) Do you only send out last-minute flights?
No. It varies from one deal to another, but generally my alerts are for flights that are scheduled 3 to 8 months in the future.

6) Do you send out deals for all inclusive resorts/hotels/cruises?
No. For the time being, I only send out deals for flights. I might add new categories later on.

7) Can I book multiple tickets with your deal?
Yes. When I send out a deal, you can book for as many person as you wish.

8) Can you help me plan my custom trip?
Given all the requests I get, I cannot help you plan you next trip. I am not a travel agent.

9) Can I let you know the exact destination/dates I am looking for?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. The reason being that flexibility is the most important factor when looking for flight deals. My system was built to search on a broad spectrum covering a huge amount of destinations and dates. However, most of my deals offer great choices of destinations and dates, so chances are good that you will find exactly what you are looking for.

10) How can I book a flight using your deals?
From one of the deals I sent you, select your preferred stay and be redirected to the booking site. You will then be able to book your flights. The fares listed can fluctuate or disappear anytime, even within a few hours. If you checked a few stays and cannot find the prices listed, it is probably too late. I recommend playing around on the booking site to find other dates.

11) Do you have a list of all available deals directly on your website?
No. All my deals are only sent by email one at a time. Stay tuned, the next one could be for your dream destination.

12) What is the baggage policy for a specific airline?
You’ll find every airline baggage policy pages in this list.

13) How can I change the departure city I will get deals from?
You can change your departure preferences by logging in your account. You will be able to select from multiple cities.

Technical

1) I signed up but I do not receive your emails. Why?
Sometimes my emails might end up in your spam folder. To make sure this does not happen, you need to log in to your email provider and add "alexi@alexisflights.com" to your safe sender list. If you are using Gmail or Hotmail/Outlook, I created a video to help you. If you have any questions, you can contact me.

2) How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email I send out or by logging in your account.

3) How can I log in my account?
You can can log in here by requesting an access link.

4) How can I change the email or name associated with my account?
Send me an email with your new email or name and I will update the details of your account myself.

Premium

1) Why go Premium?
Premium subscribers get 100% of the deals I sent out whereas Free subscribers only get a small sample of them. If there's a great deal on a flight to your dream destination, I'll make sure you know about it! Furthermore, Premium subscribers get the flight alerts a few hours before Free subscribers. Since the best deals can sell out really quickly, the sooner you know, the better your chances are of getting it. You’ll get about 200 deals per year. If you book only one of them, your membership will pay for itself! The price for the Premium membership is $60 per year.

2) How can I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade to Premium on this page.

3) How can I cancel my Premium membership?
You can cancel your Premium membership at anytime by logging in your account here and clicking the "Cancel your Premium subscription" link. I will miss you! :(

4) Are my credit card information secure?
Yes. This website uses a secure 256-bits encryption and the payments are processed using Stripe, the same processor used by Facebook, BestBuy and more than 100 000 other companies.

5) What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the Premium membership doesn’t live up to your expectations, you can email us to ask for a refund at help@alexisflights.com. We will give you a complete refund in the first 30 days after the start or renewal of your subscription. We do not offer partial refund after the 30 days period. The refund will be issued on the same credit card used for the subscription.

6) Does the Premium membership automatically renew?
Yes, the membership automatically renews at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel at anytime.
